THE BALTIC REGIONAL SUMMER ACADEMY

The Baltic Regional Summer Academy is a training programme dedicated to building a democratic and inclusive culture in schools in Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia through strengthening the competences of education professionals and community actors to teach, implement and promote Citizenship and Human Rights Education and through encouraging joint actions and partnerships.

The training programme consists of several phases – preparatory phase (May – June, 2018), the residential seminar (28th June – 01st July, 2018), implementation phase (September 2018 – April 2018) and evaluation phase (April – May, 2018).

TRAINING PROGRAMME

Preparatory phase (May – June)

School teams in cooperation with school communities and together with the national facilitator, assess the situation the school to identify strength and areas for improvements, using the EWC tool.
